Ronald Dworkin: Seeking Truth and Justice through Responsibility

According to Dworkin, “truth” is an interpretative concept. Why? Moral judgements are often the subject of disagreement because they result divergent conceptual understandings. If, on other hand, we want interpret concepts correctly, have deal with analysis underlying values attach these concepts. Dworkin understands true as a matter interpretation, which—and this misunderstood—is capable producing correct conception truth. The truth thereby directly related justice. even ties his theory interpretation objective that can only produce conclusive reasons for specific advocacy particular position in argument after responsible and intensive debate—in sense two-stage theory. In fact, it turns out Dworkin’s search describes (historical) process. We what our ancestors already interpreted continue understand (in modified way). This reflexive responsibility ours bear; according always stand up through good arguments.
